Data Deletion Instructions

Subres gives users full control over their data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your information and revoke Google access.
Delete Your Subres Account
You may request deletion of your Subres account at any time.
To delete your account:
- Log into your Subres dashboard.
- Navigate to Account Settings.
- Select Delete Account and confirm the request.
If you cannot access your account, you may request deletion by emailing: support@subres.io
Please send your request from the email address associated with your Subres account.
Disconnect Google and Stop Gmail Processing
If you connected your Google account, you can revoke access at any time.
Option 1 — Inside Subres
Go to Account Settings → Integrations → Disconnect Google.
Option 2 — Google Security Settings
Visit: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
Find Subres and select Remove Access.
Once access is revoked:
- •Subres immediately stops processing Gmail data.
- •OAuth tokens are revoked or securely deleted.
What Data Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted:
- •Profile information is removed.
- •Stored subscription data is deleted or anonymized.
- •Google OAuth credentials are revoked.
- •Processing of Gmail read-only data stops permanently.
Some limited information may be retained temporarily for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance purposes.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.
