Connect Your Email

Learn how to connect your email account to Subres for automatic subscription detection.

Supported Email Providers

Subres supports the following email providers:

Connecting Gmail or Outlook

Navigate to Settings → Email Connections

Click Add Email Account

Select your provider (Google or Microsoft)

Sign in with your credentials

Grant the required permissions

Security & Permissions

We request the minimum permissions needed:

Read email messages - To find subscription receipts

Read email metadata - To identify billing notifications

We never:

Send emails on your behalf

Access attachments

Store full email content

Troubleshooting

Connection Failed

If your connection fails, try:

Clearing your browser cache

Using an incognito/private window

Checking if your email provider has any security blocks

Missing Subscriptions

If some subscriptions aren't detected:

Ensure the confirmation email is in your inbox (not spam)

Wait 24 hours for a full rescan

Manually add the subscription if needed
