Quick Start Guide

Get started with Subres in under 2 minutes. Follow these simple steps to begin tracking your subscriptions.

Step 1: Create Your Account

Sign up for a free account at app.subres.io/signup. No credit card required.

Step 2: Connect Your Email

After signing up, you'll be prompted to connect your email account. We support:

  • Gmail / Google Workspace
  • Microsoft Outlook / Office 365
  • Other IMAP-compatible providers

    • Note: We only read emails related to subscriptions and billing. Your data is encrypted and never shared.

    Step 3: Wait for Detection

    Once connected, Subres will scan your inbox for subscription-related emails. This usually takes 1-2 minutes depending on your inbox size.

    Step 4: Review Your Dashboard

    After scanning completes, you'll see:

  • All detected subscriptions with their costs and renewal dates
  • Monthly/yearly spending totals
  • Upcoming renewals in the next 30 days

    • What's Next?

  • Set up renewal alerts to never miss a payment
  • Explore spending analytics to understand your costs
  • Invite your team members if you're on a team plan
