Connection Issues

Can't connect my email

Try these steps:
  • Clear browser cache and cookies
  • Use an incognito/private window
  • Check if your email provider has security alerts
  • Disable any ad blockers temporarily
  • Email disconnected unexpectedly

    This can happen if:
  • You changed your email password
  • You revoked app permissions
  • Your email provider updated security settings
  • Solution: Remove and re-add the email connection.

    Detection Issues

    Subscription not detected

    Possible reasons:
  • Email is in spam/trash
  • Unusual email format from merchant
  • Email received before connecting Subres
  • Solution: Check spam folder, or add the subscription manually.

    Wrong amount detected

    Solution: Edit the subscription and correct the amount. We'll learn from your correction.

    Duplicate subscriptions

    Solution: Merge duplicates by clicking "Merge" on the subscription card.

    Dashboard Issues

    Dashboard not loading

    Try:
  • Refresh the page
  • Clear browser cache
  • Try a different browser
  • Check our status page
  • Data not updating

    Sync happens every 15 minutes. To force a sync:
  • Go to Settings → Email Connections
  • Click "Sync Now" on your connection
